This Privacy Policy describes how the Rhino Concrete Operations Dashboard ("the App"), an internal tool operated by Rhino Concrete (Harrisburg, North Carolina), handles data when it connects to a QuickBooks Online company via Intuit's official API.
With the authorizing user's consent, the App reads accounting data from Rhino Concrete's own QuickBooks Online company: profit & loss, balance sheet, chart of accounts, and transaction summaries. We request the QuickBooks Accounting scope only.
Solely to compute and display business performance metrics — revenue, overhead, net profit, and cash position — on a private operations dashboard used by Rhino Concrete's owners.
Aggregated figures are cached on a private, access-controlled server to render the dashboard. Access is restricted to authorized Rhino Concrete operators.
We do not sell, rent, or share QuickBooks data with any third party. Data is used only for Rhino Concrete's internal business operations.
Cached data is retained only as needed to operate the dashboard and is deleted upon request or when the QuickBooks connection is revoked.
You may disconnect the App at any time from within QuickBooks Online (Apps → Manage), which immediately ends all access.
